These guidelines apply to all services provided by Sensus Academica. By ordering lessons or courses, the customer accepts these terms.

1. General information about refunds

All purchases of lessons, lesson packages and courses are binding. Refunds will only be given in the cases expressly described in these guidelines.

Completed lessons are not refunded under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation and change of individual lessons

Cancellations or requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

If cancelled less than 24 hours before the class, or in case of no-show, the class is considered completed and will not be refunded. The class cannot be rescheduled.

This applies regardless of the reason, including illness, technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances on the customer's part.

3. Prepaid hours and packages

Prepaid lessons and packages are not refundable after the first lesson has been completed.

Unused hours cannot be refunded, but can, at Sensus Academica's discretion, be used within a limited period if this is agreed in writing.

All packages have a validity period. Hours not used within this period will be forfeited without refund.

4. Courses and longer courses

Registration for courses and teaching sessions is binding.

Refunds are not given after the course starts, regardless of whether the participant chooses to complete the course or not.

Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or replacement lessons.

5. Cancellation from Sensus Academica

Sensus Academica reserves the right to cancel or move classes if necessary.

In such cases, the customer will be offered a new time. Refunds will only be given if Sensus Academica cannot offer alternative tuition within a reasonable time.

6. Technical conditions

The customer is responsible for having the necessary equipment and internet connection.

Technical problems on the customer's side do not entitle you to a refund or a new lesson.

7. Extraordinary circumstances

Refunds may be considered in special cases at Sensus Academica's sole discretion. Sensus Academica has no obligation to grant refunds beyond what follows from mandatory legislation.

8. Refund processing

If a refund is granted, it will be processed within a reasonable time. Any fees, administrative costs or discounts may be deducted from the refund amount.
